Talk to us
Bring a valuation you have already had to defend. We will bring the software.
The useful conversation starts from a real report rather than from a deck: which figure was challenged, what the reviewer could not trace, how long the grid took to assemble, and what the practice does when the encumbrance certificate has not arrived.
- A reply from someone who works on the software, not a sequence from a marketing tool.
- A straight answer on whether this fits the asset classes and the states you actually work in.
- If what you need is something this is not built to do — an automated valuation model, a price index, a title certificate — we will say so rather than keep you warm.
- Nothing sent to a sales team, because there is not one.
What is worth telling us
Five things that make the first reply a useful one
Your practice and its size
How many people sign, how many prepare, and whether review happens inside the practice or at the client’s end. It changes which parts of this are worth showing you first.
Which asset classes and which states
Asset class decides who is allowed to sign what. State decides the filing schedule, the duty rate and the area unit factors. Between them they are the first two things that change what we would put in front of you.
Who you are on the panel of
A bank panel brings a reporting format, a turnaround expectation and often a system that wants the figures rather than the document. Knowing which one tells us whether the integration side matters to you at all.
The last report that came back with questions
Not the document — just what was asked. A challenged figure is the single most useful thing you can describe, because it names the part of the process that is actually weak.
What would have to be true to switch
Including the answer “nothing, the spreadsheet is fine”. That is a useful thing to hear and a cheap thing to say, and moving a practice off a working process is genuinely expensive — so it is a reasonable position.
Please do not send us live mandate details
This is an ordinary enquiry form on a marketing site. It is not covered by any agreement between us, and it must not carry the details of a live mandate — no client names, no owner names, no survey numbers, no exact addresses or coordinates, no title documents and no credentials. Describe the workflow rather than the property. If you want to walk through a real file, say so and we will arrange something appropriate for it first.

Talk to the people building it
No chatbot and no ticket queue. Tell us what your practice actually looks like — how many valuers, which asset classes, who reviews, which banks you are on the panel of — and someone who works on the software will reply.
