It is not a diagnostic or treatment-recommendation system: it does not decide what is wrong with a patient and it does not decide what to do about it. Everything it produces that would touch the clinical record is a draft for a licensed clinician to review, verify and sign, and its intake surface escalates to a human rather than offering advice or reassurance. Being built to a regulatory requirement is not the same as holding a certification against it, and this site does not claim otherwise.
